Ligurian Pesto course

Would you like to learn how to make authentic "Genovese pesto"? The chef of one of the most renowned restaurants in our city will guide you step by step from the shopping in the city’s market square to the kitchen of his restaurant until the final testing.

 

Details

Meeting at 10:00.

Shopping the necessary ingredients at the historic "Piazza del Mercato".

Returning to the restaurant and cooking workshop for the preparation of the real Ligurian pesto.

At around 12 o'clock the meal shall be served for all the attendants to the course in order to taste the result with a good glass of local white wine.

To conclude, the chef will make you try a dessert prepared for you by the restaurant's patisserie.
